Refund Policy

All sales are final at this time as each item is made to order. If you have any questions regarding your order, please email hello@bysamijaycustoms.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@bysamijaycustoms.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can address the issue and make it right. Please include pictures of the item and its packaging in your email to help expedite this process.

Items returned to sender as undeliverable/ incomplete address/ address unknown
Please make sure to confirm your address information is correct prior to checkout. We are unable to modify shipping address information once a package has shipped. If your package is returned to us by the carrier as undeliverable, we automatically begin processing a return. After processing is complete, you will receive an email confirming the return and information on how to access your store credit which you can use to repurchase your item(s). 

We can't reship orders that carriers return to us as undeliverable. You will need to place a new order on our website to reorder those returned item(s).
