Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 business days after receiving your order (excluding weekends and holidays). There is a 2% handling fee for all U.S. orders. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. If there is any delay in processing (often due to a high volume of orders or postal service delays) that are outside of our control, you will be notified of such delays via email and will receive updated information regarding your order status.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local delivery
We do not offer local pickup or delivery options at this time.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we hope to offer this in the near future!
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number that you can use to check status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@bysamijaycustoms.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
